Schindler seeks a Human Resources Business Partner skilled in employee relations, talent acquisition, and employment compliance. The headquarters location is Toronto, Ontario.
This Human Resources Business Partner works with business leaders on people and cultural issues. The role supports hiring, termination, union relations, organizational change, workforce planning, and succession planning. It also advocates HR programs and coordinates talent initiatives with management.
Key Responsibilities: Advise managers on recruitment requirements and personnel selection
Lead Schindler Career Development and Top Talent initiatives
Support engagement, performance, training, and recognition programs
Coach management on employee and labour relations issues
Administer compensation, advantages, policies, and compliance activities
Requirements: Post-secondary Human Resources education or equivalent experience
At least six years in Human Resources
At least three years as an HR Business Partner
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
CHRP accreditation considered an asset
Bring strategic partnership, communication, coaching, and confidentiality skills to Schindler’s Human Resources Business Partner role.
