As a Pharmacy Assistant supporting Innomar Strategies, you will handle established workflows across benefit verification, prior authorization, fulfillment, and medication access operations. The work involves reviewing details, resolving routine issues within guidelines, and escalating non-routine matters appropriately. You will help coordinate documentation, handoffs, and daily operational requests while following quality, privacy, safety, and audit standards.
Key Responsibilities: Support prescription intake, benefit verification, claims, authorization, and fulfillment workflows
Coordinate documentation and daily handoffs within defined timelines
Review claims, orders, refills, shipments,



and inventory details
Track backorders, substitutions, replenishment, and product availability issues
Document activity and communicate routine workflow issues accurately
Requirements: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required
Two or more years in pharmacy support or healthcare operations
Experience with claims processing, medication access, or fulfillment support
Pharmacy technician certification or equivalent preferred
Ability to follow established procedures and quality standards
