Build finance experience with MLSE by supporting forecasting, reporting, and reconciliations during regular weekday shifts in Toronto. Work across business planning cycles.
As a Finance Intern, you will support MLSE’s finance team across Financial Planning & Analysis, accounting, treasury, tax, and strategic planning. You will use Oracle ERP and other systems while preparing reports, financial data, and analyses. The internship provides firsthand experience across core finance functions.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare monthly reports and variance analyses for FP&A;
Load annual budgets and forecasts into Oracle ERP
Generate reports supporting data-driven operational decisions
Enter cash transactions and complete account reconciliations
Support tax filings, audits, and special projects
Requirements: Currently studying Accounting, Finance, or related subjects
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables and VLOOKUP
Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Understanding of balance sheets and P&Ls;
Availability for weekday business-hour shifts
Apply analytical finance skills to reporting, forecasting, Oracle ERP, and reconciliations supporting MLSE’s business planning activities.
