Key Responsibilities: Lead Associates in delivering clean, safe, automated club experiences
Ensure consistent friendly customer service for Members
Resolve escalated member complaints and concerns
Use action plans to address unmet club expectations
Control expenses and achieve provided revenue goals
Requirements: High School Diploma
Experience leading, training, and motivating teams
Experience exceeding individual and team sales goals
Intermediate verbal and written communication skills
Basic proficiency with computers, technology, Microsoft Office, and internet
Bring team leadership, customer service, cleanliness oversight, and financial management to the Fit4Less club setting.
