As a Registered Massage Therapist, you will report to the Spa Director at The Clayfield, a new 102-room luxury boutique hotel. The spa forms part of the Unbound Collection by Hyatt and is operated by Urgo Hotels & Resorts Canada. You will create restorative wellness experiences through customized treatments, accurate documentation, and attentive hospitality.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver massage treatments prioritizing guest comfort, safety, and satisfaction
Conduct consultations using guest needs and health history
Customize treatments and recommend suitable homecare products
Maintain accurate client treatment records and documentation
Prepare rooms and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, supplies, and equipment
Requirements: Current registration with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario
Professional liability insurance
Luxury spa, hotel spa, wellness, or clinical experience preferred
Exceptional guest service and communication skills
Evening, weekend, and holiday availability
