Registered Practical Nurses provide client care, vital-sign checks, and personal support through private in-home visits with Nurse Next Door. Day, evening, and weekend shifts are available as needed.
This caregiving position supports high-needs clients as part of a larger medical team. You will assess wellbeing, follow care plans, and complete accurate documentation. The work includes medical attention, hygiene assistance, meal preparation, light housekeeping, companionship, and personal care.
Key Responsibilities: Provide basic medical attention and assess client wellbeing
Check vital signs and record medical histories
Execute care plans outlined by the Care Designer
Assist with hygiene, meals, housekeeping, and companionship
Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly
Requirements: One year of previous caregiving experience
Good-standing registration with CNO
Current TB screen and criminal record check
Valid driver's license
Legal eligibility to work in Canada
Bring Registered Practical Nurse experience, protected care practices, and compassionate support to Nurse Next Door private clients at home.
