The Role: Accounts Payable Matching receiving reports and packing slips to supplier invoices
Verifying pricing accuracy on all vendor bills and credits
Entering invoices and credits into NetSuite ERP, accurately allocating expenses to general ledger accounts
Reconciling supplier statements to NetSuite records
Creating cheques, drafts and ACH payments on time to ensure prompt discounts are allowed
Contacting suppliers, when necessary, to resolve billing discrepancies
Following up on pricing and billing discrepancies to ensure credits are received
Maintaining an accurate filing system
Managing incoming email and responding in a timely, professional manner




What You'll Bring Minimum of 2 years of Accounts Payable experience
Working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
Overall basic computer skills
Time management skills and deadline-oriented mindset
Accountability and dependability
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Excellent teamwork skills
Effective attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
Excellent problem-solving skills
High level of professionalism
