As a Real Estate Valuation Associate, you will support valuation services for taxation, transactions, reporting, and advisory matters. Your work may include appraisals, financial modeling, purchase price allocations, and assurance support. You will collaborate with PwC Valuations, Real Assets, corporate finance, restructuring, and value creation teams.
Key Responsibilities: Analyze real estate market research across multiple Canadian asset classes
Prepare valuation reports, analyses, memos, and pitches
Review valuation methodologies and assumptions supporting financial statements
Interact with clients,
advisors, and stakeholder groups
Support integrated deals projects with real estate scope
Requirements: Undergraduate degree focused on real estate is highly desirable
Broad real estate background with valuation interest
Interest in pursuing the AACI designation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency; Argus highly desirable
