The Society of Saint Vincent de Paul of Vancouver Island seeks a Thrift Store Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations. You will coordinate staff and volunteers, maintain service standards, oversee cash procedures, and ensure donated goods move efficiently. The position supports the Society’s mission and community services.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise, direct, and support staff and volunteers
Schedule coverage and assist with onboarding and training
Address customer concerns and donor service issues
Oversee cash balancing, deposits, and reconciliations
Maintain sales, donation, and volunteer records
Requirements: Minimum three years of retail or customer service experience
Minimum one year of supervisory experience
Strong customer service and communication skills
Organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Vulnerable Sector Clearance Letter before hiring
