This full-time Inventory Control Clerk reports to the Operations Manager within the Operations team. You will reconcile supplier invoices, create ERP invoices, and support customer inquiries. The position requires strong computer skills, communication, and problem-solving abilities while managing fuel reconciliation responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities: Reconcile supplier invoices for completeness, correctness, and validity
Complete fuel reconciliation accurately within required timelines
Bill customers to facilitate payment within terms
Identify billing discrepancies and coordinate internal resolution
Create and process invoices in the ERP system
Requirements: Well-developed customer service and communication skills
Strong computer and numeric skills
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced team setting
Detail-oriented approach to inventory control responsibilities
