Based at our Canadian Head Office in Ottawa, Ontario, the Inside Sales Representative manages a defined territory of current and existing Canadian customers. You’ll build customer relationships, identify opportunities to grow the business, and support customers across a broad portfolio of research products and services.
You’ll connect with customers by phone, email, and Microsoft Teams, in English and French, with a one-week onboarding program in the United States and travel for sales meetings
