The Retail Experience Lead oversees daily operations and maintains store presentation to company standards. This position guides employees, assists cashiers, and reinforces policies, procedures, and regulations. The Lead also supports onboarding, training, education, and sales strategies while escalating issues to store managers.
Key Responsibilities: Open and close the retail store, activating and deactivating alarms
Supervise staff and oversee daily assigned-shift operations
