Provide resident care at AgeCare as a Personal Support Worker, applying care plans, bedside techniques, and infection prevention practices.
The Personal Support Worker supports residents according to established care plans and helps identify resident needs. This position involves observing residents, reporting findings, documenting care information, and maintaining a protected environment. You will also participate in education sessions, meetings, workshops, and staff onboarding.
Key Responsibilities: Provide care according to established resident care plans
Observe residents and report findings to supervisors
Document resident care information as directed
Attend education sessions, meetings, and workshops




Follow IPAC policies and procedures consistently
Requirements: Graduate of a Personal Support Worker certificate or diploma program
Meet Ministry of Training, Colleges, and Universities vocational standards
Meet National Association of Career Colleges standards
Meet Ontario Community Support Association standards
Know bedside care, sanitation, cleaning, and geriatric resident needs
Support AgeCare residents through attentive care, accurate documentation, bedside techniques, and consistent infection prevention practices.
