This Administrative Support V position supports operational leaders and Human Resources Business Partnerships with informed recommendations. You will interpret policies, procedures, collective agreements, and best practices. The work requires HRSS knowledge, including HR administration, payroll, and e-People, while resolving inquiries and complex situations.
Key Responsibilities: Provide informed recommendations to operational leaders and HR partnerships
Resolve conflicts and de-escalate complex, stressful situations
Monitor metrics, analyze reports, and update leadership regularly




Build stakeholder relationships and address issues promptly
Work independently while seeking guidance when necessary
Requirements: Post-secondary education in administration, business, or human resources
Four-plus years of extensive client service experience
Two-plus years in shared services, human resources, payroll, or perks
Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook skills
Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute
Use HRSS expertise, conflict resolution, and communication skills to support high-volume inquiries and informed solutions across Alberta Health Services.
