Bring empathy and dependable personal care to Nurse Next Door while supporting clients in their own homes. Travel is required for this home care position.
The Personal Support Worker partners with a Care Designer and broader care team to support protected, comfortable aging. Provide personal care, daily living assistance, vital-sign monitoring, mobility support, and accurate documentation. Communicate client changes promptly while respecting preferences, routines, privacy, and personal goals.
Key Responsibilities: Provide care according to established plans and clinical guidance
Support bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, feeding, and continence care
Assist mobility, transfers, repositioning, and range-of-motion exercises
Observe changes and document care accurately and promptly




Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and provide transportation support
Requirements: Personal Support Worker or Home Care Aide certification
Current CPR certification and required negative TB test
Valid driver’s license and access to an insured vehicle
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Empathy, reliability, communication, and confidentiality commitment
