Drive an established route for Cintas while servicing customer accounts and growing sales through uniforms, towels, and facility products. This full time first-shift position is primarily four days weekly.
As a Route Service Representative in the Rental Division, you will represent Cintas directly to customers. The work combines driving, delivery, pickup, account service, and sales within an existing customer base. Build rapport with decision makers, address concerns, and expand product and service adoption.
Key Responsibilities: Drive an established route and service customer accounts
Deliver and pick up uniforms and shop towels
Sell chemical cleaning and facility service products
Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services
Negotiate renewals and control inventory safely
Requirements: Active driver's license before employment begins
At least 21 years of age
DOT medical certification for regulated vehicle driving
Documentation regarding previous employment
High school diploma, GED, or military service
Use customer service, route driving, and sales skills to represent Cintas and develop existing Rental Division accounts.
