This Caregiver / PSW role supports a client with bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene, incontinence care, and meal preparation. You will follow the care plan for mobility, ambulation, range-of-motion exercises, and medication reminders. Household support includes light housekeeping, laundry, dishes, linens, and bathroom cleaning.
Key Responsibilities: Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, shampooing, and oral hygiene
Support protected mobility, ambulation, and range-of-motion exercises
Provide incontinence care and basic skin care




Plan and prepare meals for the client
Offer companionship, respite, and light household support
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent
Portuguese speaking ability required; Spanish is an asset
Successful PSW/HHA skills assessment completion
Successful DEARS Drugs and Ethics test completion
English communication and reliable transportation for the job
