Banana Republic is seeking an Assistant Manager in Richmond, BC who will set the tone for the store and team. You will drive profitable sales through customer operations, merchandising, and talent development, while coaching leads and brand associates to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
You’ll collaborate with the General Manager to execute store strategy, develop staff, and lead a high-performance team to achieve performance goals in a quick-paced retail environment.
