As a Personal Banking Associate Trainee, you will support TD Canada Trust customers and frontline operations. You will explain banking solutions, identify needs, refer customers appropriately, and help create positive branch experiences. The position requires customer service, sound judgment, and accurate administration.

• Use MS Office, branch software, and internet proficiently
• Demonstrate banking knowledge and solid customer communication skills
