At GardaWorld, this full time or casual role serves as the central contact for security operations. You will coordinate clients, field staff, emergency services, and management while maintaining safety and operational efficiency. The position requires multitasking, critical thinking, and computer skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor activities across assigned security sites
- Dispatch guards to incidents, alarms, and emergencies
- Respond professionally to client and public calls
- Coordinate communication among guards and emergency responders
- Monitor CCTV, alarms, and access control systems
Requirements:
- Authorization to work in Canada
- Valid Alberta Security License
- First Aid and CPR certification
- At least one year of relevant experience
- Availability for 12-hour rotational shifts
