Use your Red Seal expertise as an Automotive Service Technician with Kal Tire in Wabush, NL, performing diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance.

This full time, permanent position supports Kal Tire’s Mining Tire Group at its Wabush location. You will service compact cars, domestic vehicles, light-duty fleets, and light trucks. Responsibilities include brake and suspension repairs, engine diagnostics, inspections, adjustments, servicing, and routine maintenance. You will also mentor apprentices, collaborate with the Sales team, and uphold safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform brake, suspension, diagnostic, and routine maintenance services
- Inspect, adjust, service, and repair various vehicles
- Mentor apprentices and support their technical development




- Identify service opportunities with the Sales team
- Maintain high safety and quality standards

Requirements:

- Automotive Service Technician license, Journeyperson, Journeyman, or Red Seal
- Valid driver’s license
- At least three years’ experience with brakes, shocks, and alignments
- Experience diagnosing and repairing various vehicles
- VMAC familiarity is an asset; training is available
