Senior Project Manager Industrial, Commercial & Large-Scale Residential ConstructionMatchBox Consulting Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager on behalf of a well-established General Contractor with a strong portfolio of industrial, commercial, and large-scale residential projects across British Columbia.This is an opportunity for an experienced construction professional to lead complex projects from pre-construction through closeout. The successful candidate will oversee project financials, schedules, subcontractor coordination, client relationships, and overall project execution while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management & LeadershipLead projects through all phases of construction, from pre-construction planning to final turnoverDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost reportsMonitor project performance and proactively manage risks, opportunities, and project challengesEnsure project objectives are achieved with respect to schedule, budget, quality, and safetyProvide leadership, mentorship, and direction to project teamsFinancial & Contract ManagementManage project budgets, cost control, forecasting, and financial reportingReview and administer contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, and change ordersNegotiate and manage project scope changes and contractual obligationsTrack project costs and ensure financial targets are met throughout the project lifecycleClient & Stakeholder ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and project stakeholdersBuild and maintain strong working relationships throughout project executionLead project meetings and provide regular updates on project status, schedules, and budgetsCoordinate with architects, engineers, municipalities, and regulatory authorities as requiredConstruction OperationsCollaborate closely with Site Superintendents to ensure effective project executionManage subcontractor procurement, performance, and coordinationReview RFIs, shop drawings, submittals,
