This part time Operations Supervisor role supports a duty-free store featuring designer fragrances, crystal, jewelry, clothing, accessories, spirits, and tobacco. You will supervise store employees, enforce policies, maintain merchandise availability, and help ensure excellent guest service. The schedule runs Thursday through Saturday, 6pm to 6am.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach, develop, counsel, and discipline store employees
- Enforce policies and procedures supporting legal compliance
- Maintain inventories to oversee merchandise availability
- Display items strategically and run sales promotions
- Maintain a safe, clean store environment
Requirements:
- Previous retail store supervising experience
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills
- Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
- Availability for holidays, nights, and weekends
