Roles & Responsibilities: Install , repair and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in multi family projects and commercial buildings Diagnose troubleshoot plumbing problems and provide effective solutions Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout and installation of plumbing systems Follow building codes and regulations to ensure compliance and safety standards Must have the ability to layout out and install plumbing components for mechanical rooms and boiler rooms Qualifications: Journeyman Plumbing license Mechanical knowledge to understand the functioning of plumbing systems and components Minimum 2 years of experience working in boiler rooms Experience working in a commercial setting Excellent verbal and written communication skills Able to perform physically-intensive work Class 5 driver's license Advantages: Competitive wages at $43.00 per hour RRSP contribution plan Dental care Vision care Extended health care Life insurance Bank hours
