Support Residents at Meadow Ridge Seniors Village as a Health Care Aide, using compassionate personal care and protected mobility assistance.

Reporting to the Nurse, this Health Care Aide works within Park Place policies and individualized care plans. The 0.70 FTE schedule rotates seven of fourteen days, covering and shifts. Care promotes Resident dignity, choice, autonomy, independence, and optimal functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide personal care for bathing, dressing, hygiene, toileting, eating, and hydration
- Assist Residents with mobility, transfers, positioning, ambulation, and exercises
- Administer scheduled medications according to applicable policies and procedures
- Observe Resident changes, report information, and complete chart documentation
- Support social,



physical, spiritual, recreational, and meal activities

Requirements:

- Graduate of a recognized Health Care Aide program
- Current registration with the Alberta Health Care Aide Directory
- Effective English communication, verbally and in writing
- Patience, kindness, compassion, organization, and resourcefulness
- Physical ability to lift, walk, bend, push, and reach
