Required Experience Minimum 3 years of water and sewer construction experience Experience working around underground utility construction and excavation activities Strong understanding of trench safety and underground construction practices Licences & Certifications Valid Class 5 driver's licence with a clean driver's abstract (required) Ability to safely tow trailers and equipment (required) Class 3 licence is considered an asset Ground Disturbance Level II, CSTS 2020, and Traffic Control / Flagger certification are considered assets Considered an asset Experience operating skid steers, compactors, loaders, or excavators Experience on municipal infrastructure projects Telecommunications construction experience Core Competencies Safety-first mindset with a commitment to incident-free work Reliable, physically fit, and able to keep pace in a fast-paced construction setting Clear communicator who works well as part of a field-based crew Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Committed to safety,
