Our public sector client is seeking a Intermediate Production Accounting Analyst to use Petrinex to analyze and resolve complex volumetric data and infrastructure concerns, including reporting-compliance issues Candidates must be located in Calgary - Hybrid work model Must Haves 5+ years of experience in Production Accounting, supporting oil and gas production and compliance data Petrinex reporting, reconciliation, and regulatory reporting compliance experience Experience in Production Data Analysis and root-cause analysis for volumetric and reporting discrepancies Experience with Systems/Process Testing for production accounting and reporting changes Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Commerce,



or a related discipline Nice to Have Business Analysis Hydrocarbon Measurement Change Management Continuous Improvement CAPPA Certification Responsibilities Provide production accounting and regulatory guidance related to Petrinex and infrastructure reporting requirements Analyze production data, reporting, and compliance issues to identify discrepancies and corrective actions Reconcile information between Petrinex and AER systems Assess and prioritize enhancements to Petrinex and AER systems, data, and processes Conduct testing of system and process changes before implementation Collaborate with AER teams, government stakeholders, industry committees, and external partners on information integrity and regulatory changes Manage volumetric reporting noncompliance activities, including correspondence and financial adjustments
