Our energy client is seeking a Contract Analyst, Information Systems (3+ years) to lead strategic sourcing and contracting for software applications, IS hardware, skilled services, and telecommunications Join a team overseeing strategic indirect spend across Information Systems within a large-scale energy environment.

This role supports sourcing and contract activities across software applications, software development consulting, hardware, SCADA systems, network projects, and telecommunications.

The position provides ownership over IS spend sub-categories, vendor relationships, RFx processes, and procurement planning activities supporting enterprise operations.

Contract, Calgary, Working Hours: MST Must Haves 3+ years of Supply Chain Management sourcing experience in Information Systems and technology sourcing and contracting Strategic sourcing and procurement experience across software applications, IS hardware, and professional services Use of SAP , Ariba ,



and BI Warehouse for sourcing events and procurement activities University degree and/or designation in Business or a Supply Chain Management program Nice to Have Experience with relevant SAP, Ariba, and PowerBI modules Aptitude for technical topics related to sourcing technical materials or services Experience with terms and conditions Presentation skills suitable for Director-level audiences Responsibilities Lead demand planning activities for software applications and professional services sourcing Execute RFx sourcing processes for IS services and materials Develop solicitation documents, requirements documents, and evaluation plans Coordinate bid evaluation activities with clients and vendors during tendering processes Negotiate contracts and coordinate approvals with delegated decision-makers Manage supplier performance, supplier relationships, and business unit engagement Represent IS business unit interests in stakeholder consultations, meetings, and working groups
