Our client is a well-established organization in the electrical distribution industry seeking a Customer Service Representative – Inside Sales to join their Edmonton team.

This role is ideal for a customer-focused sales professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and developing technical product knowledge.

What you’ll do Respond to customer inquiries and proactively generate sales with existing customers Process orders, pricing, quotes, expediting, billing and returns Provide product and technical support to customers and Account Managers Resolve customer concerns and troubleshoot product-related issues Build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities to grow sales Stay informed on market conditions, competition and product opportunities Support sales meetings,



training and other branch initiatives What you bring Grade 12 education; post-secondary or technical education is an asset 1–3 years of related sales or customer service experience Electrical industry experience is preferred Robust customer service, communication and problem-solving skills Excellent organization and time management Ability to build relationships and handle objections professionally Strong attention to detail and follow-through Proficiency with Microsoft Office If you’re a customer-focused sales professional with an interest in developing your technical knowledge and growing your career, this could be the opportunity for you.
