As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will recruit manpower for various client sites and communicate operational needs. The permanent full time schedule is Monday through Friday, 40 hours weekly. Office attendance is required five days weekly initially, followed by four hybrid days after six months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit manpower for various client sites at high volume
- Post positions and track candidate submissions
- Review resumes, screen candidates, and verify qualifications
- Coordinate interviews and prepare appropriate questions
- Prepare selection input and draft offer letters
Requirements:
- Minimum two years of recruitment experience
- High-volume or industrial trade recruitment experience
- Strong sourcing techniques and recruitment marketing experience
- Full-cycle recruitment experience from sourcing through offers
- Proficiency in SharePoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook
