Bring creativity and compassion to Meadow Ridge Seniors Village as a Recreation Program Assistant supporting meaningful resident activities. The schedule covers seven of fourteen days.

This Recreation Program Assistant role plans, leads, and evaluates recreation programs for residents. You will facilitate individual and group leisure activities, maintain documentation, and collaborate with families, volunteers, colleagues, and the Interdisciplinary Team. The position also supports outings, safety, and quality improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and evaluate meaningful recreation programs for residents
- Lead leisure activities reflecting resident interests and abilities
- Organize outings and support resident safety off-site




- Maintain attendance records and resident documentation
- Report accidents, injuries, near misses, and unsafe conditions

Requirements:

- Passion for enriching lives and creating positive experiences
- Friendly, compassionate, enthusiastic, and patient approach
- Creativity, initiative, and willingness to try recent ideas
- Valid First Aid and CPR certification
- One year of recent related experience preferred
