Deliver five-star bridal service at David’s Bridal by guiding customers, building trust, and using selling behaviors to find their perfect dress.

The Stylist creates positive, friendly, empathetic, and skilled selling experiences for multiple customers. This role manages appointments, customer profiles, fitting rooms, measurements, alterations conversations, and point-of-sale transactions. Stylists also pursue sales productivity, platform conversion, add-on goals, and continuing product knowledge through assigned training.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome customers warmly by phone and in person
- Prepare appointments, fitting rooms, and customer profiles
- Identify gowns through questions, listening, and fitting expertise
- Promote alterations, personalization,



and future appointments
- Maintain store presentation, dress code, and operational standards

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent degree
- Preferred one to two years of retail experience
- Preferred apparel, service, or specialty store background
- Preferred computerized point-of-sale system experience
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
