The Shift Supervisor supports the Store Manager while also acting as a Sales Associate. The position combines store procedures, donation processing, merchandising, and customer service. It also requires communication, teamwork, and attention to detail while maintaining safe operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the Store Manager with daily store activities
- Complete accurate cash and debit customer transactions
- Process donations through sorting, pricing, packing, and storage
- Monitor store security and maintain organized merchandise
- Lead Store Associates when the Store Manager is absent

Requirements:

- Completion of some high school
- Two years of store or warehouse experience
- Proven interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently
- Successful applicable screening and background checks
