Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager to support a large power generation client in Arizona.

This individual will oversee a portfolio of sustaining capital projects across operating generating facilities, including electrical upgrades, control system modernizations, infrastructure improvements, and plant reliability projects.

This role will act as the primary coordinator between plant operations, maintenance, engineering teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.

The successful candidate will manage project scope, schedules, budgets, procurement, construction activities, commissioning support, and project turnover within live operating facilities.

This is a hands on project management role requiring strong stakeholder management and experience executing brownfield capital projects while minimizing impacts to ongoing plant operations.

Skills and Requirements
•5+ years of Project Management or Project Engineering experience supporting sustaining capital or brownfield projects
•Experience within power generation, utilities, manufacturing, oil & gas, mining, or another heavy industrial workplace
•Experience managing project schedules, budgets, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders
•Experience supporting construction and commissioning activities




•Experience with low- to medium-voltage electrical projects
•Bachelor's degree in Engineering, ideally Electrical Engineering
• Experience within power generation facilities
• Experience with electrical system upgrades, protection systems, or plant reliability projects
• Experience managing Controls/ICS, PLC, DCS, or SCADA-related projects
• PMP and/or P.E. designation
