Drive financial accuracy at First Quality as a Senior Financial Analyst supporting manufacturing operations, month-end close, and actionable business insights.

This hands-on Senior Financial Analyst partners with plant leadership and functional teams. You will manage general accounting activities, financial planning, and process improvement initiatives. The position supports accurate results, internal controls, and operational decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support day-to-day financial operations and month-end close
- Process invoices and release blocked accounts payable items
- Prepare annual budgets and quarterly forecasts
- Develop financial models for cost savings and improvements
- Support cost accounting, audits, and financial reporting





Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
- Minimum five years of relevant accounting or finance experience
- Manufacturing experience with standard costing and inventory management
- Solid analysis, attention to detail, and communication skills
- Microsoft Office and Excel proficiency; ERP experience preferred
