Reporting to the Manager, Supply and Warehousing, this permanent Warehouse Associate processes stock, prepares orders, and maintains warehouse organization. The role supports Draught Services, a division of The Beer Store established in 1947. Daily work combines ERP and web order processing, customer communication, shipping documentation, inventory software, and physical order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process orders through ERP and web systems
- Answer internal and external customer inquiries by phone and email
- Prepare shipping manifests and track shipment arrivals and departures




- Enter data in inventory and logistics software
- Pick, pack, and ship orders while maintaining clean work areas

Requirements:

- Completed high school or GED equivalent
- One to two years of warehouse experience considered an asset
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to lift, push, and slide packages up to 70 pounds
