Securitas Canada Limited seeks a part time Security Guard for Saturday and Sunday shifts. The work supports client property, assets, personnel, and site safety. Responsibilities include monitoring alarms and video systems, inspecting protection devices, controlling access, and responding to irregularities, hazards, and incidents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Observe and report activities and incidents at assigned client sites
- Conduct foot or vehicle patrols and inspect protection equipment
- Control site access through the admittance process
- Monitor intrusion detection systems using alarm and video software
- Protect evidence or incident scenes during emergencies or investigations
Requirements:
- Valid, unrestricted driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Valid Alberta Security License
- Working knowledge of security operations and procedures
- Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
