This role supports the financial reporting and planning functions for a growing real estate portfolio. This is a excellent position for someone who wants to be exposed to a ton of unique responsibilities and quickly move up to the Manager level within 1-2 years.Responsibilities:Review monthly financial packages from third-party operators, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Support investment onboarding and offboarding, including coordination with property managers and review of entity structures, closing statements, and related financial documentation.Lead process improvements related to intercompany reconciliations.Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly financial deliverables, including IFRS reporting packages, investment performance updates,



and lender/co-investor reports.Manage internal controls and compliance activities, including SOX testing and external audits.Consolidate and analyze quarterly income statement reforecasts and contribute to annual budgeting and planning.Monitor liquidity and capital requirements, collaborating closely with portfolio management and capital markets teams.Support financing and refinancing initiatives.Ad hoc special projectsQualifications:3+ years of progressive experience in accountingStrong knowledge of IFRS accounting and financial consolidation is nice to haveExposure to real estate, private equity, or asset management is an asset.Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
