Aircraft refuelling and customer service define this FBO position at Execaire Aviation, supporting Shell Aerocentre operations in a 24/7 setting.

Reporting to the Base Manager, FBO, the Aircraft Refueller supports aircraft and customers at Shell Aerocentre. Duties include marshalling, refuelling, defuelling, towing, hangar moves, and aircraft ground services. The position also involves equipment checks, facility cleanliness, training,



and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marshal aircraft and provide required ground services
• Refuel and defuel aircraft under Shell and IAS procedures
• Complete hangar moves and aircraft towing services
• Perform scheduled checks within Shell and IAS standards
• Greet customers and maintain clean FBO areas

Requirements:

• High school education and two years’ experience
• Class 3 Driver License maintained throughout employment
• Pass Transport Canada security clearance and MOT requirements
• Obtain a Radio Operator Certificate
• Basic Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge
