Keep Fit4Less welcoming and safe through cleanliness tasks, friendly member interaction, and consistent club standards. Support an everybody cleans mindset throughout the club.

As a Fit4Less Host, you will complete cleaning and inspection guidelines while engaging members and prospective members. You will also provide customer service, explain memberships and amenities, and support automated and virtual club access. The position includes membership suggestions, incident reporting, and manager communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Complete cleanliness tasks across the workout floor and club
- Clean and tidy according to inspection guidelines
- Provide friendly interaction during cleanliness activities
- Report deficiencies and incidents using standard processes
- Complete scheduled tasks, communications, and training

Requirements:

- High School diploma or progress toward completion
- One year of teamwork or volunteer experience
- Verbal and written communication skills
- WHMIS and First Aid, CPR-A, AED Certification
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
