Keep Life Time facilities clean, stocked, and welcoming while delivering customer service and maintaining presentation standards throughout the club.

As a Facility Operations Team Member, you will maintain indoor and outdoor cleanliness and safety through daily maintenance tasks. You will manage towels, locker room presentation, supplies, and cleaning products. You will also answer member questions about Life Time products, services, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform daily maintenance tasks supporting indoor club cleanliness and safety
- Maintain outdoor club cleanliness and safety standards
- Wash, fold, and stock member towels
- Keep locker rooms neat and orderly
- Respond to member inquiries about Life Time services

Requirements:

- Ability to bend routinely and raise more than 20 pounds
- Ability to stand stationary for prolonged periods
- Ability to move throughout the club for prolonged periods
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Follow department budgets for cleaning products and chemicals

Support Life Time members through facility cleanliness, organized locker rooms, stocked towels, and knowledgeable customer service every day.
