Starting as a Recruiter Trainee, you will complete extensive hands-on training with an Onboarding Coach. After training, you will recruit IT consultants, provide career coaching, and advise account managers and clients. The work includes specialization in aligned skills, industries, or roles, supported by strong communication and networking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit IT consultants throughout the entire recruiting cycle
