Represent Arthrex orthopaedic devices across Southwestern Ontario, using clinical expertise and sales skills to support surgeons and healthcare professionals. The role is field-based with regular hospital travel.

As a Medical Device Sales Representative, you will manage sales activities in an assigned territory for Tribe Medical Group. You will consult with surgeons during operating-room procedures while developing relationships with surgical staff. Tribe provides a six-month training curriculum covering Arthrex devices, orthopaedic techniques, and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide in-theatre clinical support for orthopaedic and Sports Med surgeries
- Deliver clinical case coverage supporting territory sales objectives
- Develop relationships with surgeons and surgical staff




- Provide education and training on Arthrex products
- Manage inventory and related administrative tasks

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or post-secondary education required
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Comfort working in open operating-room environments
- Valid provincial driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to travel within Canada and to the United States
