Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome members and guests warmly with greetings and thanks
- Clean and tidy workout areas to stated standards
- Educate members about memberships, amenities, and automated processes




- Promote Black Card amenities and memberships to prospective members
- Report deficiencies, incidents, and customer service concerns appropriately

Requirements:

- High school diploma or progress toward completion
- One year of teamwork or volunteer experience
- Verbal and written communication skills
- WHMIS and First Aid, CPR-A, and AED Certification
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle stress
