You will partner with People Experience, HRIS, and business leaders, delivering data-driven insights to attract and retain EA talent in a hybrid work model with three days in the office.

You'll contribute to salary structures, benchmarking, and incentive programs, support governance, and mentor junior analysts while coordinating with global teams across time zones.
