At Pomeroy Lodging, this Housekeeping Attendant position maintains guest rooms, public areas, and storage spaces. You will prepare supplies, clean assigned rooms, respect guest privacy, and respond appropriately to complaints. Previous housekeeping or hotel experience is an asset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain friendly, attentive, and qualified guest interactions
- Keep guest rooms, public areas, and storage areas picture-perfect
- Stock carts with approved cleaning and guest room supplies
- Vacuum, dust, sweep, polish, clean, and restock rooms
- Follow lost and found and emergency procedures
Requirements:
- Previous housekeeping or hotel experience is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and pride in completed work
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Availability for long days and weekends when required
