Job Summary

We are seeking a customer-focused Sales Representative to help customers find the right products, deliver a positive shopping experience, and support daily sales-floor operations. The ideal candidate communicates clearly, stays organized in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable learning product details and using point-of-sale technology. Experience in retail sales, technology sales, or technical sales is welcome.

Duties

- Welcome customers, identify their needs, and provide attentive customer service in person and by phone.
- Recommend products, explain features, and conduct engaging product demos when appropriate.
- Support sales by answering questions, making relevant recommendations, and using thoughtful upselling techniques.
- Process purchases and returns using POS systems; accurately handle cashiering and cash handling tasks.
- Use basic math to verify transactions and assist with routine sales-floor tasks.
- Maintain attractive product displays, restock merchandise,



and support merchandising standards.
- Keep customer interactions professional through strong phone etiquette and clear communication skills.
- Manage competing priorities with effective time management and organizational skills.
- Communicate in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.

Experience

- Previous customer service or retail sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Technology sales or technical sales experience is a plus, particularly when explaining product features or demonstrating equipment.
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, or cash handling is helpful.
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills are valued.
- A willingness to learn product information, assist customers, and contribute to a cooperative team is essential.

Pay: From $35,200.00 per year
