Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Retail Sales & Customer Experience Associate to join our team. In this role, you will help customers discover products, provide excellent service, support daily store operations, and maintain an inviting shopping environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop skills in retail sales, customer service, merchandising, and inventory management. Training and guidance will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide friendly, attentive service.
- Assist customers with product information and purchasing decisions.
- Process sales transactions and payments accurately.
- Restock shelves and maintain organized product displays.
- Help monitor inventory and communicate stock requirements.
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Support promotional activities and seasonal merchandise displays.
- Respond professionally to customer questions and concerns.
- Work collaboratively with team members to support daily store operations.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic math skills and comfort handling transactions.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset but not required.
