Job Summary

Agilebut Digital Services is a Winnipeg-based digital agency helping businesses grow through smart marketing, clean design, and measurable results. We're a small team with big ambitions, and we're looking for a Marketing Executive who can turn ideas into campaigns that actually perform.

As our Marketing Executive, you'll plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital channels—social media, email, content, and paid ads. You'll work closely with our design and development teams, manage client accounts, and track results to keep improving. This is a hybrid role in Winnipeg: remote focus time plus in-office collaboration when the team needs to brainstorm and execute together.

Duties

- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns for clients
- Manage social media accounts, content calendars, and community engagement
- Create and schedule email campaigns; track open rates, clicks, and conversions
- Support paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and report on performance
- Write clear, engaging copy for ads, social posts, and landing pages
- Coordinate with designers and developers to deliver campaign assets
- Track analytics and prepare monthly performance reports for clients

Skills

- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or campaign management




- Familiarity with social platforms, email marketing tools, and analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite)
- Strong writing and communication skills in English
- Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a hybrid environment
- Experience with Google Ads or Meta Ads is an asset
- Diploma or degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is an asset

Preferred: Experience with e-commerce, SEO, Facebook Advertising, Google AdWords, email marketing, Google Analytics, WordPress, HTML, Adobe Creative Suite, sales, or product management can strengthen campaign execution and cross-functional collaboration.

Pay: $72,000.00-$89,900.00 per year
