Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Nail Technician to provide high-quality nail care and a welcoming salon experience. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, follows strong sanitation practices, and communicates clearly with clients to understand their preferences and recommend appropriate services.

Duties

- Provide manicures, pedicures, nail shaping, polish application, acrylic nail application, basic nail designs and other nail care services based on client needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation; disinfect tools and follow applicable health and safety standards.
- Consult with clients about their preferences, nail condition, and suitable services.
- Deliver attentive customer service, communicate appointment details clearly, and help create a comfortable client experience.
- Recommend relevant services and products through thoughtful upselling and retail sales, without pressuring clients.
- Provide body waxing services when trained and authorized.




- Keep client areas and shared salon spaces tidy and ready for appointments.
- Follow salon procedures for scheduling, service documentation, and handling client concerns.

Qualifications

- Current nail technician license or other required credentials for the location, and the ability to maintain them.
- Experience providing professional nail care services preferred.
- Knowledge of sanitation, disinfection, and safe handling of tools and products.
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with a friendly and professional approach.
- Comfort discussing service options and making appropriate retail product recommendations.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a polished, welcoming salon environment.

Pay: $2,500.00-$4,000.00 per month
